Tulum is obviously now the western center of tropical art/spirit/cool, and I can't afford to visit, but fifteen years ago, it was a second home to me, I would visit as often as possible, sometimes monthly, and I was enamored by the jungles, cenotes, parties, food, and most obviously the crystal waters. I love Tulum. I even love the word. The way the actual letters look transports me to better days.
